We're recruiting:

Registered Building Inspector
(RBI)

Class 2A – 2F (experience essential)

Bristol / Somerset / Gloucester / Worcester

Full & Part Time positions available

£29,000 - £60,000 per annum

Coast 2 Coast Building Control is a successful Registered Building Control Approver, based in South Wales.

Qualities we are looking for:
  • Qualified, Registered Building Control Inspector, ideally 2F, or working under supervision towards that class
  • Self Employed RBI considered
  • Has the ability to work from home with some
    time spent in our Bridgend office
  • Site inspection area to cover South Wales and Bristol
  • Full UK driving licence and car required
  • The suitable candidate will be required to carry out plan compliance checks and site inspections with clients and/or contractors. They will manage their day and site visits independently.
  • We are looking for a team player that is also capable of working individually, with a positive mindset.
