We are proud to have Marcel join our team in 2017 who has 37 year’s experience in the construction sector working in the Local Authority Building Control. Whilst working for the Local Authority he gained a lot of experience in managing large scale projects such as a 15 year re-generation plan in the Greenwich peninsular with the value of some developments exceeding £90 million. Marcel assisted Knights Dragon by co-ordinating design meetings and evaluating fire and building regulation design, creating a wealth experience on high rise flats and commercial new build projects. Over the years Marcel has worked on many high profile developments which include housing estates with a value exceeding £3m and leisure complex and leisure complex of £2m. In his early days Marcel worked on the continual development of the Brent Cross shopping centre and with working on many retail projects. Throughout his time at the Local Authority he has worked on many different types of projects which include new build hospital, sports centres, new prison developments and general residential projects, given Marcel the skills to assist and deal with clients and designers form all different backgrounds. Marcel is a qualified surveyor and has represented people on the Party Wall Act, working on all sections as well as carrying out dilapidation surveys and acting as planning co-ordinator.
