The aim of the client and contractor was to source & install new technologies & materials to create a low carbon, highly efficient home. We worked closely with Main Contractors Ltd in relation to detailing with particular regard to air tightness which was crucial to the client.
Budget- £3.2 million.
The project involved the CAT B -fit out of the ground and first floors of the building, making it suitable for the clients’ very specific
A D&B project by Saracen Interiors the work included the reconfiguration of meeting rooms, including the creation of a centralised and circular meeting room built
A Design and Build by Saracen completely stripping and refitted 10,000 square metres of commercial space in Reading for the risk and asset management software
The turnkey project comprised the full fit out of the South East wing on the second floor of the building. Work to the reception area
